Due to the abundance of emails we receive weekly regarding this, we wanted to clarify our postage options for International Customers.
If you elect STANDARD SHIPPING at checkout, please be advised this is a cheaper shipping option and Australia Post does not offer tracking for this. This option usually takes a little longer, and you will not be able to trace your package via the Australia Post portal.
If you elect this option, you will be given a customs number via email once your order has been shipped. If you are worried your order is taking too long to get to you, please take this number to your local post office. We are unable to trace any packages from our end if the cheapest shipping option is elected- once they have been shipped it is out of our hands.
We started to offer this cheaper option due to the high request of people not wanting to pay full price for traceable shipping. Please be advised, if you elect this option you are doing so at your own risk and we will not be held responsible if your item is lost. We don't usually have any issues with this method of shipping, but please keep all of the above points in mind before emailing us asking why you cannot track your parcel.
